The Leadership team at TRC knew they wanted to deploy a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, but finding the right partner that understood the rigid requirements of the engineering industry and could provide integration with Deltek Vision was proving to be difficult. At the same time, the marketing team is able to insure the TRC message is communicated and made available to both customers and the internal TRC customer support team.
